How to Register an LLP in India

The LLP registration process is conducted entirely online through the MCA portal. Here is the step-by-step process:

Step 1: Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

All designated partners must obtain a Class 3 DSC. This is required to sign electronic forms filed with MCA. The DSC is issued by government-recognized certifying authorities.

Step 2: Apply for DPIN (Designated Partner Identification Number)

If the proposed partners do not already have a DIN/DPIN, they must apply for one using Form DIR-3 or through the FiLLiP form itself.
